30 MINUTE FEASIBILITY CALL
Meet with Adrian about your upcoming project.
This meeting will go through a number of specially designed questions to help decode and analyse what aspects of design will create a home that makes your heart sing.
DESIGN PROGRAMS
There are many stages and aspects to successfully completing a dream home from concept to completion.
Our role is to connect with you (our clients) to innovate solutions (bespoke to you) that will make your heart sing.
Each stage is independent and we obtain your approval to proceed to the next stage.
These stages are designed to achieve result of turning your dream, wants and needs into built reality while maintaining all the complex checks & balances required for your build.
MEET WITH THE BUILDER / ESTIMATOR
We meet with you and your chosen builder either on site or in the ARDH studio. Includes:

Brief the builder and discuss your desired design outcomes and respond to builder queries so that they can give you an accurate pre-cost estimate of your project.
CONCEPT MATERIAL LIST
We develop the design to include information on finished and selected materials.

GET TO KNOW ADRIAN RAMSAY
At ARDH, we understand that building your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Because of this, we want you to get to know your designer - Adrian Ramsay - before he starts your design.
There are three main ways to get to know Adrian and the services we provide:
1. Book in for a 30 Minute Meeting with Adrian Ramsay to go over your project.
2. Fill out the online questionnaire and contact request form.
3. Attend a Presentation or Masterclass of Adrian's.

IN THE BUILD STAGE
We support you during the build stage by touching base with you and the builder. Whilst we do not project manage, we will ensure the flow and dynamics of the home design stay in harmony with the overall concept.
ORGANISING 3RD PARTY CONSULTANTS

We prepare concept designs for final pricing by outside contractors.

Concept designs are prepared in conjunction with other consultants to achieve Construction Drawings, Engineering, Certification, Geo Testing, Fire Assessment and Survey of your house/block on your behalf.
DESIGN DISCOVERY MEETING
ARDH uniquely offers Design Discovery Meetings with our clients prior to beginning creative concepts.
This 2-2.5hr meeting includes Adrian Ramsay coming to you to discuss the initial scope of your project, your dreams and see the environment on which the build or renovation with take place.
During this meeting, Adrian will take you through the Design Magic process, our proprietary tool that uses analytics to decode your budget, your dream and the capitalisation of your project.
Includes preliminary Scope of Design Report which will outline the areas to consider when you go forward with your project.
